Due to the nature of our coaching, courses, digital downloads, and services, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds unless otherwise stated in writing.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We take reasonable precautions to ensure descriptions, prices, and other Content are accurate, but errors may occur. Our acknowledgment of an order confirms receipt, not acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders and to correct errors.
ONLINE PURCHASES
If you purchase through the Site, you may be asked to supply payment and billing information and you represent you have the legal right to use such payment method. You authorize us to provide such information to third parties for transaction processing. Risk of loss for physical items (if any) passes upon delivery to the carrier. ORDER AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment must be received prior to our acceptance of an order unless otherwise agreed. Taxes may apply. If payment has been made and you do not attend a scheduled coaching call, no refund will be issued. Acceptance of your order is expressly conditioned on your agreement to these Terms.
ANTI-DIVERSION
We are not responsible for injury or damage resulting from products or materials obtained from unauthorized distributors or purchased past expiration or altered.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
OUR PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

TERMINATION
We may, without notice and in our sole discretion, terminate your ability to use the Site and block future access. We will not be liable for such termination.
NO THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARIES
These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights, except payment card networks may enforce payment provisions as applicable.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE AND WAIVER OF CLASS ACTIONS AND CLASS ARBITRATIONS
We each agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to our products, services, these Terms (including our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy), or the use of the Site or Content (collectively, “Disputes”) will be settled by confidential binding arbitration, except each party may (i) bring an individual action in small claims court; and (ii) seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights (an “IP Protection Action”). The exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any IP Protection Action will be the state and federal courts located in Duval County, Florida, and each party waives objections to jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
YOU AND WE WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR CLASS ARBITRATION. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS OR PRESIDE OVER ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. If this paragraph is held unenforceable, this entire “Dispute Resolution” section will be deemed void (except the Governing Law clause); otherwise, it survives termination. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.
ARBITRATION RULES
Arbitration will be administered by JAMS pursuant to its Comprehensive or Expedited Arbitration Procedures, as appropriate (www.jamsadr.com).
DISPUTE NOTICE AND ARBITRATION PROCESS
Before initiating arbitration, you must first send us a written Dispute Statement including your name, address, phone number, the facts giving rise to the dispute, and the relief requested. Mail it via nationally recognized overnight courier to: Legal Notices – Kingdom Expansion Territories LLC, 9951 Atlantic Blvd, Ste 443 PMB 1041, Jacksonville, FL 32225. If not resolved within 30 days, either party may initiate arbitration per JAMS rules.
ARBITRATION LOCATION AND PROCEDURE
Unless otherwise agreed, arbitration will occur in the county where you reside (or Duval County, Florida if you reside outside the U.S.). For claims under $10,000, arbitration may be based on written submissions unless a hearing is requested. For claims over $10,000, JAMS rules govern hearing rights. The arbitrator may direct a reasonable exchange of information.
ARBITRATOR’S DECISION
The award will include essential findings and conclusions. Judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Damages must be consistent with the “Disclaimer of Warranties” and “Limitations of Liability” sections. If you prevail, you may recover attorneys’ fees to the extent allowed by law. We will not seek attorneys’ fees if we prevail.
TIME LIMIT FOR RESOLVING DISPUTES
Any claim relating to the Site or our products, services, or Content must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim arises, otherwise it is permanently barred (subject to state law where non-waivable).
RIGHT TO OPT-OUT OR REJECT FUTURE CHANGES
You may opt out of arbitration/class waiver within 30 days of your first use of the Site by sending a written notice (name, mailing address, and statement of opting out) via nationally recognized overnight courier to Legal Notices – Kingdom Expansion Territories LLC at the address above. If we change this Dispute Resolution section after you accepted these Terms, you may reject the change by written notice within 30 days of the change; in that case, the prior version applies to disputes.
GENERAL TERMS
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Kingdom Expansion Territories LLC regarding the Site and supersede prior understandings. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent and the remainder will remain in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign freely.
