I’m Leniesha, a nurse, entrepreneur, wife, homeschool mom, and Jesus lover.
I know what it feels like to pour out in every direction and still wonder why peace feels out of reach. For years, I tried to manage it all between family, ministry, and business while quietly carrying the weight of burnout. I thought productivity was the same as purpose, but it only left me empty.
It wasn’t until I learned to surrender my schedule back to God that everything shifted. I began to see that peace doesn’t come from perfect planning. It comes from aligning with Him and the instruction found in His Word.

A: Most women come into coaching feeling unsure if they will follow through, if they will stay consistent, or if they will even be able to recognize real change. That is normal. What I can tell you is this. When you give yourself grace, commit to the process, and invite the Holy Spirit to lead you, you will not stay the same. We walk through practical strategy and spiritual alignment together, so breakthrough becomes both achievable and sustainable. If you show up willing to grow, you will see and feel results.
A: You will receive a follow up email with the replay of your session, notes, and clear action steps so you always know what to focus on next. I do this so the transformation does not end when the call ends. You will also receive accountability and support between sessions, because I want you to feel guided and equipped, not overwhelmed or alone. Many clients say the follow up gives them the confidence to actually implement change instead of falling back into old patterns.
A: Because of the nature of one-on-one coaching and the time, energy, and preparation that goes into each session, there are no refunds. This protects both of us. It ensures you show up fully committed, and it allows me to give you my best without hesitation. If you are unsure, you can always start with a single session before committing to a package.
A: Each session is one hour. You can book a single session or choose a package if you want deeper transformation and ongoing support. Most women who desire real change choose three months, because it gives time for both mindset renewal and practical application. You are never locked in to anything you do not want. You can continue as long as you are growing, receiving value, and seeing God move in your life and business.
