I have spent over two decades in the medical field pouring into others while quietly carrying the weight of a calling I had not yet fully walked into. I started coaching in my 20's...two decades ago, not realizing I'd end up here. But God never wastes anything.
For years, I managed it all. Family, ministry, business, bedside nursing, allllll the things. I was juggling everything while God kept whispering that there was more. I thought productivity was the same as purpose. I thought if I just worked harder, planned better, and prayed more consistently, the clarity would come.
It did not come through productivity. It came through surrender. The day I stopped striving and laid it all before God - the timeline, the plan, the version of success I had built in my own mind...everything shifted. What came out of that consecration became the very method and framework I now use to walk other nurses through their own transition.
