I have spent over two decades in the medical field and the last several years at the bedside in critical care, PCU, IR, ADT, and Home Health. I know what it means to carry other people's lives in your hands. And I know what it means to feel God calling you to carry something else entirely.
What most people don't know is that I have been an entrepreneur for nearly 20 years. The calling to build didn't start when I got my nursing license; it started in my twenties when God planted a vision in me that no job title was ever going to satisfy. I have been building, learning, failing forward, and refining ever since.
For years, I wore the mask. Healthcare professional by day, entrepreneur, wife, minister, mother- juggling everything while quietly wondering if I was building what God actually assigned to me or just what was expected. I was giving my all to a system that was never designed to hold my full calling.
Everything shifted the day I stopped striving and started surrendering. Not passively, but surrendering with strategy. I laid down the fear, the people-pleasing, the delay, and let God rebuild the blueprint of my life. What came out of that consecration was The Consecrated CEO™: a brand, a movement, and a mandate.
